Cancellation

Where cancellation occurs less than 3 days before the departure date of the tour a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price applies. Where cancellation occurs at least 4 days before the departure date of the tour a cancellation fee of 10% of the tour applies. The operator reserves the right to change or cancel your booking in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. Should changes or cancellations become necessary; the operator will give you as much notice as possible in the circumstances and where available offer you a comparable alternative.
